This privacy policy has been applicable since 25 May 2018. It forms an integral part of the contractual relationship that we have entered into together in connection with your requests for information.

Respect for your personal data

We are aware that the use and sharing of your personal data is a major concern for you, and we are committed to respecting your privacy, protecting your personal data and using it in a transparent manner.

By browsing our site, filling in the various contact forms or by any other means of communication, you expressly agree that DIGIT RE GROUP or one of its subsidiaries may collect, process, store and use the personal information referred to below and in accordance with this policy.

 

Person responsible for processing personal data

The company DIGIT RE GROUP, a SAS with capital of 41,719,830 euros whose registered office is at the following address: Immeuble Diver'City, 639 Rue du Mas de Verchant 34170 CASTELNAU-LE-LEZ, and registered in the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 798 979 852, represented by its Managing Director Olivier COLCOMBET.

 

Categories of personal data collected and processed

Any personal data that identifies you directly, such as your surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, or indirectly, such as computer traces left by your browsing on the Site or your IP address (the virtual address of your computer), is considered to be personal data and is processed as such. We therefore collect and process all the information you send us via our site or by any other means.

You may choose not to provide us with certain personal data. In this case, you may be deprived of services that we would not be able to provide without the data you choose not to provide. As far as possible, we endeavour to maintain your full ability to use our services, even if you have not agreed to provide us with your personal data.

To use the website of our company or one of its subsidiaries and to transmit your personal data, you must be at least 16 years old. It should be noted that it is impossible for us to determine the age of the user; in any event, in the event that we identify that any personal data collected is that of a minor under the age of 16, we undertake to delete it.

 

Purposes of the processing

The collection and processing of your personal data enables us to offer you an optimal, professional and personalised service. You therefore agree that we may use your personal data for the purposes set out below:

Recipients of personal data

You are informed that the data collected may be communicated to the following persons, in particular if these persons are involved in the process for the purposes set out above:

  • To salaried or non-salaried staff of Group companies who are required to process the data or who may be involved in the process, depending on your request;

  • Group companies and estate agencies, and in particular their sales agents;

  • IT Service Providers, in particular as part of the provision of a particular service, or for the management of behavioural tracking technologies,

  • The Group's commercial partners (property brokers, insurance brokers, banks, asset management advisers) or any property professional (estate agents, property dealers, administrators) whose services may add value to your project or who may offer you special advantages.

  • To authorised administrative or judicial authorities, on request and exclusively to meet legal obligations.

Conservation period

Where it is not subject to a legal obligation to retain, the personal data collected will be retained for a period of 5 years from the last contact you have had with the Group or one of its subsidiaries.

Your data used for recruitment purposes will be kept for 2 years from the last contact you have had with the Group or one of its subsidiaries.

 

Storage and transfer

We guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information by using secure exchange protocols.

If you access the websites from a country outside the European Union whose legislation on the collection, use and transfer of data differs from European legislation, you agree to the transfer of your personal data to the European Union as part of your browsing of the websites.

If DIGIT RE GROUP or any of its subsidiaries becomes aware that a third party is using or disclosing your personal data in a manner that is contrary to this Privacy Policy or applicable law, DIGIT RE GROUP will take all reasonable steps to prevent or stop such use or disclosure.

Exercising your rights

In accordance with Article 12.3 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you will receive a reply within one month of receipt of your request. In certain cases, particularly where your request is complex, this period may be extended by two months.

 

Legal basis for processing

Pursuant to Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you are hereby informed that the various data processing operations described below are:

  • Carried out because you have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out above;

  • Necessary for the performance and fulfilment of a contract to which you are a party;

  • Necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by DIGIT RE GROUP or its subsidiaries with a view to improving its services and understanding your expectations, allowing in particular the protection of your rights and your data.



Data protection

DIGIT RE GROUP, as the party responsible for processing your personal data, undertakes to implement all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data transmitted or collected.


Information concerning data collected and processed by the company not obtained directly from the data subject

Your personal data may have been communicated to us without us having collected it ourselves, but via other sources (for example, without this list being exhaustive: partners, service providers, customers, etc.).

In accordance with regulations, we will inform you:

  • At the earliest on the day of the 1st contact and at the latest within one month of the present confidentiality policy containing all the information that the Company must provide you with,

  • of the source from which the Company received your details.

 

Modification of the privacy policy

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time, particularly in the light of changes in legislation, regulations and case law. For this reason, we invite you to consult them regularly, but we reserve the right to inform you by any means.
